Winona has been a licensed Cosmetologist for over eighteen years, she is also a Design Essential Educator. She specializes in precision cutting, advanced coloring techniques, commerical hair ( hair extension), natural hair, etc. She challenges herself by attending local and international hair shows; expanding her knowledge of the beauty industry. She also travels and educates others on how to utilize the Design Essentials products while helping to increase revenue. She is well respected and recognized by her community.
